Who we are

This website is operated by Method Digital Agency Limited, company number 13166501. You can contact us at hello@m-dma.com or Epworth House, 25 City Road, London, EC1Y 1A, United Kingdom.

Information you give us

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email, company, and the information you choose to provide, including your phone number, company size, budget, preferred start date, goals and message. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Why we use your information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand your project and take steps towards providing services you request. We also use necessary technical information to protect the website against abuse. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries and securing the service. Where analytics storage is used, we ask for your consent.

Hosting and service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website, protects it against abuse and stores enquiries in Cloudflare D1. Enquiry notifications are intended for our business mailbox. Our service providers may process information outside the UK; applicable contractual and transfer safeguards are required. We do not sell your enquiry information.

Cookies and analytics

Essential browser storage remembers your cookie preference. If you accept analytics on our production domain, Google Analytics (property G-MZL20WCS25) helps us understand website usage and may store analytics cookies. Analytics is disabled on staging domains. You can change your preference using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you using the site or sending an enquiry.

How long information is kept

We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purpose and applicable record-keeping duties. Delivered website enquiry records are automatically removed from the website database after 180 days. Correspondence, ongoing client records and any records needed to resolve an enquiry may be held separately for an appropriate period. Undelivered enquiries are retained for follow-up rather than silently discarded.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw analytics consent. Contact hello@m-dma.com to make a request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This notice was prepared for the rebuilt website on 2 November 2026. We will update it when the way we handle information changes.
